Baked sweet potatoes in the Instant Pot only take a few minutes to prepare. This is my new favorite way to make sweet potatoes and it takes much less time then baking them in the oven. And, they taste better than the potatoes that are cooked in the microwave. This can be an easy Instant Pot side dish, or a main dish if you so choose.
