Hideous Destructor | Ralsei's Got a Gun! | No Failure 98% Pacifist Run

Описание: A journey through the Scarlet Forest, without terminating its entire residence. Well, 98% of them, anyways. Always happy to see more Undertale/Deltarune mods/maps in ye' olde Doom. Always a fun challenge to attempt a more dodge focused run than the ol' shooty bits.

Quite interesting, this particular journey. It's immediately obvious that you're not meant to run this thing without shooting anyone. You're often frozen in place waiting for Lancer's speeches to end allowing enemies to close in or shoot you from a far with no way to move out. There's spots where the enemy number is overwhelming or the map itself providing absolutely zero room to maneuver around (hence why I carried a jetpack in my loadout, otherwise I'm practically Naturist). You can't just walk away from the boss nor hesitate 'cause it'll spawn more enemies that could complicate any pacifist attempts (and I tried the infighting trick, it doesn't work). So all in all, I can most certainly say after countless failed attempts that in normal circumstances, it is completely impossible to go through this entire map without taking a single soul with you (unless the map is updated while I'm not looking and these things are addressed).

Anyways, to mix things up, I decided to switch Kris and Ralsei in the run. Completely and utterly inaccurate to the title, but I figured it'd fit more the barely-yet-still-unfortunately-violent methods used in this excursion. Suppose I could swap the fists with a "sword" and use that in the final boss encounter instead, but like I said, any waiting and the boss spawns more enemies (though now that I'm typing this, it only occurred to me that I could've carried a zerk to match the damage, oh well).
