Ventrac hydraulic flip up for finish mower install problems

Описание: I installed this simple kit from Ventrac to flip the finish mower up for service/cleaning, but it doesn't appear to fit properly. The belt tension handle cannot be flipped far enough to install the ball pin unless I put a lot of pressure on the cylinder lock out piece. This makes the 1/4" bolt with spring and the end of the cylinder lock out piece rub on the cylinder shaft which I'm sure will damage the finish on the cylinder shaft (ram) and end up in a leaking cylinder. The belt tension handle also presses down on the cylinder lock out piece so it will damage that piece and the belt tension lever as well. This doesn't seem correct to me. I've emailed @ventrac with no response and am waiting on my dealer to respond. Annoying when I spent over 40K on a mower and am unsure if I should use it or not.
