Описание: MERCEDES THE BAND plays " ROY OF THE ROVERS...LAST EVER GIG IN PLYMOUTH AT MILLBRIDGE INN, Sunday 28th August 2016. Since 1985 Mercedes have been the top band in Plymouth, 2 albums, a 45 single, hundreds of gigs, TV, - top quality - surely had they been around in the golden age of rock, late 60s/early 70s, they would have been world famous. This gig was fantastic, very tight band, good sound and the band right among the audience. Had they been around in 1970, they would have played the VAN DIKE at Exmouth Road, Stoke. I am sure among acts such as PINK FLOYD, NICE, KING CRIMSON, GENESIS, ERIC CLAPTON and an endless list....if only digital video existed then, what a record we would have. Musical history has come and gone, final gig at Paignton on Thursday, then what is now, will become what used to be - heritage. Taken with the bands consent, share and copy freely...MORE SONGS TO COME ASAP
