Here are the two ways to do this:
Earn Delta Elite status
Loyal Delta customers with Gold Medallion status or higher are eligible for Delta Sky Priority benefits. Here is how to get the status:
• Fly Delta and earn 1 Medallion Qualification Dollar (MDQ) for each spent dollar.
• Hold and spend on Delta cobranded credit cards, like the Delta SkyMiles Platinum American Express Card and Delta SkyMiles Platinum Business American Express Card. With these cards, you get 1 MDQ for each $20 spent. With the Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card and Delta SkyMiles Reserve Business American Express Card, you earn 1 MDQ for every $10 spent. Additionally, with all these four cards, you automatically get 2,500 MDQs at the start of the year.
Once you earn 10,000 MDQs, you achieve Delta Gold Medallion status.

Purchase premium seats
Aside from having Delta Elite status, you can also pay premium fares to get Sky Priority with Delta. Such seats include First Class, Delta Premium Select, and Delta One.
