James Gunn's take on Superman was great! The tone was vibrant, it was full of heart, and it captured the essence of what a Superman film should feel like. David Corenswet did a good job donning the cape and his portrayal of the bumbling Clark Kent was fantastic . We both also thought that Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor was chillingly good! This feels like an incredible fresh start for the DC universe!
