I've upgraded my lathe from the harbor freight 10x18 lathe to the Nova Comet II. In this video I unbox this lathe and go over the components that it comes with. The variable speed is going to really be a big help on future projects. I'm going to hang onto the HF lathe and use it for drilling for now but when I eventually get a buffing system it'll be dedicated to that.
