We're playing Minecraft today, but with a mod allowing us to only hold one of each item at a time. No stacking. No duplicates. Can we beat the game?

NOTE: I did have a problem with tools (mainly bow) specifically allowing me to hold more than one, but I did still follow the rules of my run and got rid of duplicated items once I noticed.
