Ingredients:-
Peas (मटर) - 5 kg
Water (पानी) - as required
Sugar (चीनी) - 1 tbsp
Salt (नमक) - 1 tbsp

RECIPE:

Put some Water in a vessel and keep it for boiling. Put some Sugar and Salt in the boiling Water. Then put the Peas in it and boil the Peas till it comes above on the Water.
After then, turn off the flame and take out Peas and put it in the Ice Cold Water.
After some time, Peas will again settle down in the bottom of the bowl. Then put Peas on a Cotton Cloth for overnight or for 6-8 hours and then put the Peas in the zip lock packets and then you can store the Peas in the freezer for long time.
