🔹 The LC-80240G-2D, a massive flat bed lathe with custom paint, is built for long-part turning with exceptional rigidity. This dual-function machine combines heavy-duty turning and cylindrical grinding into one platform. Turning is performed by a heavy-duty turret on its own independent carriage, while cylindrical grinding is performed on a second carriage with its own X/Z axis movements.

The grinding attachment can be completely retracted out of the machining area, allowing interference-free full-length turning when not in use.

🔹 The BMC-130 Bridge Mill, shown with a full operator platform, is ideal for large-format milling and boring applications. Travel ranges include 118" (optional 157.5") in X, 90.5" (optional 100"/120") in Y, 63" (optional 78.7") in Z, 27.5" in W, and a 5.12" (130 mm) spindle diameter.

This heavy-duty, 50 HP horizontal boring mill weighs in at over 88,000 lbs of Meehanite cast iron. Its moving column / fixed table design offers far greater rigidity and accuracy than traditional moving table machines. The X axis is fully supported by the base with no table overhang, eliminating the need for outriggers or outboard supports when handling heavy loads.
