Hello everyone, welcome to Asianda Digital Signage Factory, Today's video is how we assemble the bar screen and test it.

First, install the light bar and diaphragm on the back panel of the strip screen, and then assemble the LCD screen and back panel.

After the assembly is completed, we will conduct a power-on lighting test to test whether the machine can light up normally. After turning on the machine, check whether the screen has abnormal conditions such as flower screen and black spots.

Next, we will conduct an aging test. This process requires the product to be placed in our aging chamber to complete and light up the red, green and blue aging modes.

Next is the high temperature test.

Put the product in the high temperature chamber for a period of high temperature testing to simulate users using our products in an extremely high temperature environment.

Next is the low temperature test.

Put the product in the high temperature chamber for a period of low temperature testing to simulate users using our products in an extremely low temperature environment.

Let's go to the next step, vibration test.

Place the product on the machine to complete the vibration test to ensure that the product can still be used normally after vibration.
