Hot Cocoa Mix

Описание: A homemade hot cocoa mix is the perfect holiday gift for friends, coworkers, and family. Add it to a basket of treats or use it for a hot cocoa bar set-up. Use hot whole milk with this mix, and it will taste rich and creamy.

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Mini-Marshmallows divided between the bottom and top of the jar
3/4 Cup powdered milk
1/3 Cup Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa Blend (King Arthur)
1/3 Cup Hershey's Cocoa
1/3 Cup Ghirardelli 100% Cocoa
1/2 to 1 Cup Ghirardelli Classic White Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp. Crushed Peppermint Sticks (optional)

Directions
Place 1/4 cup mini-marshmallows in the bottom of a canning jar
Whisk the powdered milk with the dry cocoa
Add the white chocolate chips, and mix together
Scoop the mixture into the jar until it is almost full
Add the rest of the mini-marshmallows on top of the cocoa mix
If desired, pour a tablespoon of crushed peppermint on top of the mini-marshmallows and seal the jar

Notes
Use hot milk or water when serving the hot cocoa (I use hot whole milk as it makes the cocoa taste richer)
For every measuring cup of liquid, use 1/4 cup of hot cocoa mix
