In this episode of The Optimal Leadership Podcast, Serial CEO Wilf Blackburn is joined by Professor Maury Peiperl to explore what leadership really requires in a complex, ambiguous world.
Together, they examine the interplay between purpose, context, and behaviour, and ask a central question:
Do leadership theories truly hold up in real executive environments?
This is not abstract theory. It’s a field-tested conversation grounded in lived leadership experience across continents and boardrooms.
