Описание: 1111 minutes silent meditation is great for everyone and is an especially good way to practise silent meditation for beginners.

If you haven't tried silent meditation, this would be a good way to start and to challenge yourself.

There is a bell ring at the beginning to indicate the start, one more bell ring half way through and the 3rd and last one at the end.

Close you eyes, take a few deep breaths and just focus on your normal breathing. The bells will let you know the half way time and the end. Just relax and let go. Enjoy 1111 meditation!
