Описание: When Jennifer Peterson went for her midterm ultrasound, she was startled and sad to learn that her baby girl would be born without her right hand and forearm. Jennifer learned everything she could about upper limb prosthetics for children, and when baby Amber was just six months old, she began wearing a passive prosthesis. By the time Amber was 18 months old, she was fitted with a myoelectric arm. Now 8-years-old, Amber wears her prosthetic arm to school everyday and changes to custom designed sports arms for PE class, gymnastics practice and playing baseball.
