Hey Tribe!

Part 2 is finally here - let me show you How I make my Curly Wigs!!!! I apologize for the delay with this video. I ended up completely taking this wig apart, deciding if I wanted to order more hair (I didn't), and having to re-record my entire process... but now here it is. I only used 3 out of the 4 bundles to complete this look ( 2 - 20in and 1 - 18in). Now because I had previously made this wig before and cut the bundles slightly my lengths may appear shorter but since this is kinky curly hair (it will always look shorter) compared to a wavy or looser curly texture. I made it work either way sis!

** IF YOU PLAN ON FOLLOWING MY STEPS MAKE SURE TO START WITH THE SHORTER LENGTH FIRST AND PUT YOUR LONGER LENGTHS ON TOP.

Please understand that I made this wig based off of what works for me, and I hope it helps you if you're struggling to learn how to make your own wigs. Do what makes you feel comfortable but don't be afraid to try again if need be. As you can see I had to and it worked out just fine.

Keep in mind that I do talk through this process because I want to be as thorough as I can when explaining my "Invisible Closure Method". I made the video this long for a reason. I'm not a half-ass person when I create for myself let alone when I decide to post my work for others...

So keep in mind that I'm an artist.. and I'm sensitive about my shit 🙃

Here is a list of everything you need to recreate this look:
-- Hair: 2 x 20s and 1 x 18in (Yvonne Hair)
-- Needle and Thread (I used the regular cotton thread I had at the house)
-- Scissors or Shears
-- Wig Cap or Mesh Dome Cap
-- Mannequin Head and Wig Stand (I bought both from Amazon with 22in head)
-- T-pins or Push Pins
-- Optional: White Eyeliner or Marker (used to mark your grid lines on the wig cap and/or to mark your ear placement).
