Every year he bales from 5000 to 7000 round or wrapped bales. As his customers require the best possible forage quality to produce high-quality milk, he shared that film binding system on the machine has been particularly helpful with this task. As the VBP offers the possibility to bind the bale in real stretch film, they no longer need any net at all, because this is ideal for removing the net or film, as there are no net residues anywhere in the bale or forage.

Using film to bind the bale has another advantage, as the 3D wrapping system saves one layer of film per bale. Thus, it reduces the money spent on the film rolls and in the end the cost is equal as they would face with a net binding system.
