When issues of public safety, crime, personal privacy, the Fourth Amendment and free enterprise collide, strong opinions and passions are the likely outcome. This panel promises to vet the arguments fully, pro and con, in a discussion of an issue that is the lead on the nightly news and the nation’s newspapers.
