Alex Dowsett told me to use Osymetric chainrings on my time trial bike so obviously I went and did exactly that.
I made a couple changes to my time trial bike. The first was reinstalling my set of Osymetric chainrings. Alex Dowsett, the former Hour Record holder, was kind enough to answer a question for me on Instagram regarding using Osymetric chainrings which reinforced my desire to give them another try. The second was to install a set of Zipp Vuka Alumina Evo 70 extensions to change up my hand position and to clean up the front end of my Argon18 E-80.
