Transforming your patio area with container-grown palm trees can turn a dull space into a tropical oasis. Living here in South Florida, having palm trees in your landscape is like breathing air, everyone does it, but what about growing them in containers. In this video, I will show you two containers showcasing two different types of palm trees. The first container is planted with a Cat Palm (chamaedorea cataractarum) and underplanted with beautiful variegated Pothos and Chinese Evergreen. The second container is planted with a Majesty Palm and as we approach the Christmas holiday, I will underplant this container with some gorgeous red Poinsettias to give an added extra POP of color to the porch.
