Описание: The major hurdle to receiving what's in your vortex is the feeling that you don't deserve it. This feeling comes from not seeing yourself as God-Source sees you. The negative feeling of "unworthiness" is the vibrational dissonance between what God-Source is thinking about you and what you are thinking about you. The negative feeling is proof that God-Source sees you ARE worthy.

In order to see and feel as God-Source sees and feels about you, you can release resistance to self-love. This meditation is aimed at helping guide you from a feeling of unworthiness to a feeling of being completely worthy and accepted, and loved by God-Source and all non-physical beings. The vibration is there and you only need to tap into it.

The beginning of the meditation is Abraham speaking and then it ends with some quiet time (with meditation background music and sea-waves) to allow you to hear God-Source speaking directly to you, vibrationally.

Many people feel as if they are not loved by others, so they start to dislike themselves and over time that dislike can even become self-hatred. But it started with a false premise, that the love we're looking for should come from other people.

Other people can be in the vortex or out of the vortex and it will have nothing to do with us. If we felt rejected, maybe we were or maybe we weren't, but what other people think about us should not affect how we think about ourselves.

You ARE lovable. But the love you're looking for comes from inside of you first. When you feel loved (regardless of what the world does or does not do) you will see more ways in which you are loved from the outside world.

Abraham discusses that we confused wanting to be understood with love, and since no one can 100% truly understand us except our inner being) we were NEVER going to get that understanding from others.

Some of the quotes: "I felt unloved so I didn't let love in, and I didn't let love in, so I didn't feel loved."

"I thought I wanted to be understood, and as I've been listening to Abraham for a while, I realized that that's not really the quest, because being understood is really an impossible thing because when you ask somebody to understand you, you need to immediately snap them into your same vibration, and that's an impossible thing. Everybody's got their own vibration going.

So, I think somewhere I got confused the desire for love. I think I got it confused with the desire to be understood and I also think that I got confused about where the love was coming from. I think I thought the love would come from other people who didn't understand me, instead of from source, who ALWAYS does.

So there's two things I kinda got out of kilter. I got confused about being loved and being understood, and I looked for people, that couldn't really understand me, to be the reason that I felt love. I realize now how screwy that whole thing was, and why it didn't work, and I'm relieved that I'm not failing at something that should work, because it couldn't work...."
