Lower Body Pilates Bar
All the fun with your bar. It’s always great to mix things up, and I really enjoyed creating & filming this workout for you.
The bar adds challenge whilst supporting your movements. Your upper body and core will also play a huge part in this workout as we aim to stabilise and isolate the movement to hips & glutes.
As ever enjoy, listen to your bodies, rest if you need to and add more reps should you wish x
