Join me on a Monday morning walk on the banks of London's river Thames. I begin my walk by the like-for-like, seaworthy reconstruction of The Golden Hinde, the galleon that Francis Drake captained and circumnavigated the world with between 1577 and 1580. I make my way by the ruins Winchester Cathedral and eventually end up at Bankside. I slowly walk on with great views of St Paul's Cathedral and the City of London on the North Bank. I pass by the reconstructed Shakespeare's Globe and Tate Modern museumi ending my walk across Blackfriars.

Enjoy this meandering walk through the historical core of London, one of the greatest cities in the world. Cold, brisk, cloudy weather… I don’t know what you think, but to me, this is just right for a perfect morning walk.
