Diploma in ship building course(4 years)
Diploma in Nautical sciences (3yesrs)
After 12th
B.E. in Marine Engineering
B.tech in Marine Engineering
M.E., in Marine Engineering
M.tech in Marine Engineering
Entrance exam details
1. Indian Maritime University - conducts COMMON ADMISSION TEST ( CAT)
2. for joining top colleges like NIT , IIT KHARAGPUR OR MANGALORE etc - JEE MAIN EXAM is compulsory
PLz NOTE
1.Even though the course is fascinating , finding a job is entirely difficult
2. Workload is very high , not as you think it is
3. You have to be ready to always stay away from the family, it's very tough
4. Many types of exam after you join job as junior engineer , you have to study even in your job for promotion and posting
5. Without knowledge plz don't go marine Engineering
