Yep, that's right, a game about driving trucks has a hidden Formula 1-like car inside it!

The sponsorship on this F1 car is a bit random, featuring real-life brands like Lamborghini, Italdesign, Shell, L&M (cigarettes) and Sonax (on the front wing, as they were on the Williams F1 car in the late 1990s). The car has no in-car cockpit, and behaves like a fast truck!

Unlocking the F1 car in this game needs a little bit of hacking. You have to open the config.cfg file in the game folder and and add/change the following line: uset g_console "1", this will enable the console in-game, which can be opened by pressing the ` key (to the left of number 1; or possibly the ~ key). Once the console is up, type in: cheat truck 7 (or maybe cheat truck 8, if 7 doesn't work), to enable the F1 car.

1. Race Start (Monza): 0:00 There's no real-life tracks or racing in this game, of course, so I used a traffic light start!

2. Spray Effects (Silverstone): 0:24 Silverstone isn't in the game, so I just drove around for a bit. I wasn't able to get the rain effect to work more than once (and wasn't recording that time), so here it's snowing here instead!

3. Tunnel & View (Monaco): 0:38 Instead of the Monaco tunnel, we go over the Bay Bridge, in San Francisco. When you go into a tunnel part, the game snaps to the in-car view, but as there's no cockpit it looked odd, so I swapped to a low-level tyre view instead.

4. Wet Track (Spa-Francorchamps): 1:04 As the game is based on locations in the USA, there's no Spa-Francorchamps. I've used some slip roads as they go up-and-down a bit! There IS rain in the game, but I only ever saw the effect once so far, so here it's just grey, not raining.

5. Pitstop (Interlagos): 1:18 As it's a truck driving game, a "pitstop" can end up with you towing a load!

6. Huge Crash (Montreal): 2:06 Big crashes in this game turn the front and rear wing bright red, and smoke comes from the car. As it's a hidden, unfinished (likely just for testing/fun) car, I'm not really surprised that there's some glitches!
