Ingredients
Almonds – 8 to 10 (soaked overnight for best results)
Walnuts – 4 to 5
Dates – 3 to 4 (seedless)
Fresh Milk – 1 glass (warm or cold as you prefer)
Honey – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Cinnamon powder – a pinch (optional for flavor)
Instructions
Soak the almonds overnight or for at least 4 hours. Remove the skin for a smoother taste (optional).
Take the walnuts and dates, and chop them lightly.
Add almonds, walnuts, and dates into a blender.
Pour in fresh milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste it — if you want extra sweetness, add honey and blend again.
You can also add a pinch of cinnamon for a warm, aromatic flavor.
Pour into a glass and serve fresh.
