The Bloomingdale Golf Club bike trail

Описание: *** WATCH IN 4K ***: Part of the meandering bike route system in Bloomingdale, Illinois, and its neighbors Medinah and Roselle is the trail around the Bloomingdale Golf Club. It's about a 2.3-mile trail around the scenic public course in northern Bloomingdale. It's in good, paved condition, and it'll take you both alongside the course and the nice real estate off Medinah Road. Then you ride along Route 20, with still surprisingly scenic views of the golf course. The trail turns along Glen Ellyn Road on the west, and you're largely among trees as you ride through the community. Finally you finish in the multifamily-housing neighborhood through which the route must go to return to the east side of the trail.

The trail is easily accessed from the north, where the Spring Creek Reservoir trail and preserve is across Route 20, and otherwise from the west in Roselle, Medinah or Bloomingdale. It can be part of a larger bike ride suitable for casual and serious bicyclists alike, or even families.
