Being aware of your power, gas and water usage.

When it’s winter, I’ll be checking my solar setup. How are the batteries doing?

When the rubbish bin is full, It all goes in a bright pink bag and taken to the local tip. All the recycling goes there too. It’s just an extra job compared to if rubbish is collected at your curb.

I ran out of gas at the end of cooking last nights dinner. It involves coming outside and swapping over the gas bottle. And now I also need to take the empty bottle into town to fill up.

We had a good amount of rain last week, so I don’t feel the need to check the water tank.
