The one where Matt attempts something that they've not tried before by taking the concept of the USA's favourite (!?) Halloween candy - Candy Corn - and turning it into a Cheesecake with three different layers of colour and flavour! Will it be an amazing Halloween treat? Or just some sort of ghoulish trick? Ingredients
For the base:
200g Lemon Biscuits
100g Unsalted Butter, melted
Yellow Food Colouring
For the cheesecake:
600g Cream Cheese
100g Icing Sugar
300ml Double Cream
2 Tbsp Honey
Orange Food Colouring
For the topping:
300g White Chocolate
1 tin (397g) Condensed Milk
2 Sachets of Vegeterian Gelatline Powder
