안녕하세요 워십댄스클래스입니다!

'너희는 먼저 하나님의 나라와 그의 의를 구하라. 그러면 이 모든 것을 너희에게 덤으로 주실 것이다'
[마태복음 6:33 / 현대인의 성경]

어느 상담사가 말하기를 '불안은 걱정이 많아진 상태'라고 하더라구요. 저는 꽤 걱정이 많은 편입니다. 무언가를 하고 있어도 걱정이 되고, 무언가를 하고 있지 않으면 그것대로 걱정을 하는 편이랄까요. 그 걱정이 커져서 불안이 되고, 그 불안때문에 또 걱정을 하고. 악순환의 연속인 하루하루였어요.

그러던 중 이 찬양을 발견하게 되었고, 찬양의 가사가 저의 그러한 상태를 '자각'할 수 있게 되었어요. 이 찬양의 모티브가 된 마태복음 6장에서는 '걱정하지 말아라'라고 이야기해요. 하지만 현실적으로 걱정을 안하며 산다는게 쉽지가 않더라구요. 말씀을 더욱더 보게 되면 33절에서 '먼저' 하나님의 나라와 하나님의 뜻을 구하라고 말하고 있어요. 걱정되고 혼란스러운 이 세상이지만 하나님의 생각은 무엇인지 하나님의 마음에 합당할지를 먼저 기도하며 나아간다면 우리의 걱정이 선순환의 걱정이 되지 않을까 싶습니다.

이 안무는 그러한 묵상과 마음으로 만들어졌습니다.

The psychologist says 'anxiety is a state of anxiety.' I have a lot of worries. I worry even when I'm doing something, and I worry even if I'm not doing anything. The anxiety grows and makes me anxious, and I worry about it again. Every day of my life has been a series of vicious cycles.

Then I found this praise. The lyrics of praise have made me "aware" of that condition. Matthew 6, the motif of this praise, says 'Don't worry.' But realistically, it's not easy to live without worrying. If you look at the 33rd verse, you are told to "first" seek God's kingdom and God's will. It is a worried and confused world, but we must first pray for what God's thoughts are and whether they are appropriate for God's heart. If we do so, I think our worries will be a good concern.

This dance was made with this mind.
