Becoming aware of repair steps for small jobs in your home is always helpful,
although it is not always advisable to take certain things directly from a video game in practice,
Before you know it, your relatives find you on the floor with toasted clothes and you want to replace your desk lamp with 'Electrician Simulator' still running on the monitor.
But this certainly won't happen as the game makes you aware from the prologue to always turn off the main switches before doing any electrical work.
The free prologue of the game lasts about an hour and shows you the basics of the game and the way of the electrician craft.
You take over a small family business and you start cleaning up your workshop and selling unnecessary items.
In this prologue you will have to take some jobs and purchase the necessary items from your computer that you need to do the jobs.
You will have to check at the customer's home which light switches or plug connections are defective and repair them,
all steps are depicted quite clearly although it is sometimes a small matter of observing closely.
You will also have to finish the lamp installation for a growing place for plants,
Here you will therefore also have to lay cables and connect the various lighting systems with each other.
The prologue gives us a nicely summarized picture of what the original game will have to offer, although there are more extensive jobs to be expected that will of course only be available in the official game.
