Pochero/ is a stew pot of meat, vegetables & root crops Similar to nilaga but a little bit of sweeter taste and needs to be prepared in longer hours like 3 to 4 hours in the making but it’s worth the wait this is very tasty the soup is heavenly and the beef is so tender and soft . Try this recipe and here’s the ingredients to follow 👇👇👇
Ingredients:
1 1/2 kilos of Beef Shanks & ribs
2 pcs Corn cob
2 pcs. red Onion
Ginger cut
1 lemongrass stalk
1 pc Red Bell pepper
1 pc Green Bell pepper
4 Long Red & Green Chilli
1 pc Potato sliced
1 pc CARROT
4 Stalk Green onions
1 cup Baguio beans
Bunch od Pechay Baguio
Bunch of Pechay Tagalog
1/2 Cabbage
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tap Black Pepper Powder
3.5 liters water
Cooking oil
Salt to Taste
