Описание: Degassing is a process that eliminates large air bubbles in viscous materials such as liquid soap.
Due to bubbles mixed in the liquid in a non-homogeneous fashion, as certain sections of the liquid can have more bubbles than others, packaging companies encounter two different issues:
Bottles filled to a level may appear partially filled as bubbles are released inside the bottle.
Variability of the bubble volume in the liquid, which causes bottles to show up on retailer’s shelves with uneven fill levels, and can be a red flag for customers.

Depending on the type of liquid and processing volume requirements, ISM ultrasonic processors can be configured in either batch or continuous flow-through mode to achieve the desired outcome.
The equipment has a small footprint even when used at industrial-scale, for large volumes. The ultrasonic equipment efficiency is high and works with both low and high viscosity liquids. While degassing, the ultrasonic processing can also simultaneously improve the homogeneity of the liquid material.
