Описание: On October 14, 1912, Theodore Roosevelt was shot in the chest on his way to a speech in Milwaukee. The bullet pierced his metal eyeglass case and folded 50-page speech, slowing it down. Using his hunting experience, he guessed it hadn't hit his lung, no coughing blood. Refusing medical help, he spoke for 90 minutes, starting with: "It takes more than that to kill a Bull Moose". The bullet near his heart was too risky to remove, and he carried it for life.
