Dr. Ashlee Boothe is a proud Baylor University alum and an adjunct instructor at Texas A&M International University. With over 15 years of experience in education, she is the founder of AB Consulting, where she is dedicated to supporting new teachers in their professional journey.
Dr. Boothe is the author of The Model Classroom Approach, The Model
Classroom Approach: The Workbook Companion, and Strong: Overcoming Adversity. Throughout her career, she has served in various leadership roles, including teacher, assistant principal, principal, curriculum director, and state and federal programs coordinator.
Having navigated an alternative certification program herself, Dr. Boothe is
passionate about helping aspiring educators succeed. She specializes in guiding new
teachers through the Texas certification process while equipping them with essential
skills in classroom management, time management, content knowledge, and work-life
balance.
