Ich hab mir die beliebtesten Skincare-Hacks aus dem Internet geschnappt – von Gua Sha über Eiswürfel im Gesicht bis hin zu LED-Masken – und wir checken gemeinsam: Bringt’s was… oder ist es einfach nur Blubber? 🫧😂

Es gibt klare GO’s, klare NO GO’s (teilweise SEHR klare 🙈) und ein paar „Kann man machen, aber bitte nicht so wie TikTok es zeigt“-Momente.
Plus: ich zeige euch die Wirkstoffe, die wirklich ballern – Vitamin C, Ceramide, Retinal & Co.
