Due to video length, I deleted the capacitor tests from the previous video on this project. I'm sharing them here because they explain why I ended up using an old stock replacement. Also, they contain some information regarding identifying "High Power Factor" in electrolytic capacitors when testing them with conventional digital capacitance meters. A comparison between the two test instruments is also included. I'll be doing a more detailed video about capacitor testing later on.
