Описание: Vanlife in the UK. We take you England’s best kept secret, Hayling Island. We head from Northampton to the south coast for the bank holiday weekend. We travel in our Elddis Evolution CV40 Motorhome and wild camp, we have not booked any camping sites.
We surprise family when we visit Warners Hotel, Shena Warren and have a drink in the hotel garden. We wild camp in Lidl carpark (we are the only ones) and then take you to the 3 beaches on the island. Blue flag beaches with over 3 miles of sandy beaches and shores facing the Solent. We visit Northney Marina looking out over Chichester harbour. We take you to Salt Lake café and enjoy great food. Hayling island is full of history, WW2 D-Day Landings and we share all the history with you. We take you the donkey sanctuary where we meet donkeys and donate to help keep the sanctuary alive. Hayling island is suffering major coastal erosion, we speak to the locals and research why they are saying the island will be under water in 10 years.
