Pouring sea cast transom core material using a vacuum assisted method.
After watching resin infusion and vacuum bagging techniques I applied the method to sea cast pouring. It worked like a dream. Styrene vapors are combustable so I suggest you use a vacuum like the one a boiler tech would use, Ignition protected motor, or explosion proof. Vacuum infusion really is the way to go, I dont think you will see another video that makes seacast pouring look so easy and clean. The pourablity characteristic is the worst thing about it. Dont cut back the fiberglass content to get it to flow better. THANKS FOR WATCHING
