Barbara Nickless takes To Centre Stage this week! Barbara or 'Barb' as many of the performers call her, is a well known volunteer in Victorian Calisthenics, earning her a spot on Calisthenics Victoria's esteemed list of life members. In this uplifting episode, Barbara discusses the early days of Calisthenics and how the sport has evolved over the many years she has participated as a performer, examiner, adjudicator and now volunteer MC. We discuss Barbara's experiences in each of her roles in Calisthenics and what drives her to keep being apart of the sport we all love. We discuss Barb's emphasis on giving back to the community and her life outside of the sport.
