Here is an easy recipe to make your own tomato flavored tortillas or wraps. These tortillas are perfect for tacos, wraps or quesadillas. You can also use a sun-dried tomato paste for an extra burst of tomato flavor.
INGREDIENTS
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt (if using fine table salt use 1/2 tsp)
1/3 cup lard or oil
1 cup hot water
3 to 4 tbls tomato paste
1/4 to 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder (optional)
