Описание: Known for his smooth and versatile vocal style, Christopher Chan started out performing in his church choir in his younger days.

Later, he co-founded an all-male acappella quartet called ‘Heart Express’ in Wellington, New Zealand in the early 1990s while studying there.

Christopher later progressed to performing for concerts, annual dinners, anniversaries etc.

He sings jazz and the Golden Oldies.

His full time profession is in real estate; he is the Leasing Manager at Axis REIT Managers Berhad.

Christopher is a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia and an elected Director and Membership Benefits Chairperson of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA). He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) conferred by the Council of Residential Specialists, National Association of Realtors, USA.

He holds the following qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Business Administration) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand;

Post-Graduate Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom; and

Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, United Kingdom.

He has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years.

He was an adjunct lecturer at UCSI University in Management Studies for both the diploma and bachelor degree programmes in the years 2008 to 2009. Under his guidance and leadership, some of his students were the recipients of the distinguished Dean’s List Award for outstanding academic performance.

Christopher writes and speaks regularly on real estate in the media.
