According to prosecutors, Sangha provided ketamine to Erik Fleming, who then passed it to Perry’s assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa. Those injections proved deadly. Sangha also confessed to deleting incriminating evidence after Perry’s death and acknowledged that her drug supply had been tied to another overdose back in 2019.

Authorities revealed that Sangha had been running a large-scale drug operation out of her North Hollywood home. The dual U.S.–U.K. citizen, who has been in custody since August 2024, became the fifth and final defendant to accept a plea deal.
