Описание: The south valley will spend much of our afternoon in the 40s today with a brief high of 50 in Bakersfield this afternoon, which is 10 degrees below average for this time of year and down more than 20 degrees from those sunny 70s we saw Saturday! At least valley air quality is great so there are no restrictions but burning is discouraged. The Kern River Valley and most desert cities top out only in the 40s today with highs struggling to get up to the upper 30s in the south mountains of Tehachapi and Frazier Park.
