✔️ Forefoot contact
✔️ Controlled hip movement
✔️ Core engagement
✔️ Single-leg balance
Perfect before a run, workout, or ruck—especially if you want to 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 without spending extra time warming up.
