I lied & We need to talk: Outgrowing video games 😭

Описание: I realised something uncomfortable: I’m a hypocrite about video games.

I talk about how games are good for your brain, how they encourage problem-solving and critical thinking but the moment a game slightly confused me, I’d just look up the answer. No patience. No effort. Just Google.

That’s when it hit me: my brain works fine. So why wasn’t I using it?

In this video, I talk about why I almost quit gaming, how modern games can trap us in repetitive gameplay loops, and how constant hand-holding and easy access to guides made me lazy as a player.

I also talk about why going back to retro games and playing titles like Elden Ring reminded me what I actually love about gaming — thinking, exploring, failing, and figuring things out on my own.

This isn’t a “modern games are bad” video.
It’s a self-callout.
