To get friend up with Crusader Security, do missions for them. When taking a mission, see who issues it, if it's Crusader Security, you're golden!
SPK (Security Post Kareah) is in the Crusader system orbiting Cellin. In order to do this mission without getting the crime stat, you'll first need to disable the COMM Satellite orbitting Cellin. No mission is necessary to take this mission however if you enter SPK and you don't see any Crusader security, you'll have to server hop.
There's a machine inside the station and if you kill the boss and grab the datapad off his core armor, you can enter a code in the center room that will start drugs to pump out in the evidence room. I opted not to do this because I was alone and there isn't a ton of aUEC in it. I was there for the armor alone.
