How to make pink tree leaves (microwave sponge cake also called edible moss) :
1 egg
25g flour
30g liquid honey
4g baking powder
13g sugar

Beat egg, add sugar and honey.Beat well.Add dry sifted ingredients .Add a drop of pink gel color.microwave for 60 seconds.

Gelatin water Recipe
Mix 60 g of gelatin with 1 cup of cold water and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Boil 75g sugar with 300 ml water
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
