I know there aren't a lot of video on how to remove these swingarm bearings. I tried several different techniques and this video highlights them. It's not really a How To video more like a VLOG of my doing it and trying different things.
My suggestion is don't replace these unless you absolutely have to. If you know these are damaged then that's the only time you should replace them. They were not damaged in my case but I wanted to replace them anyway.
