KIRPAL SINGH (KAKA) tresspassed into our house property starting abusing at me most filthy language

Описание: the said KIRPAL SINGH (KAKA) tresspassed into our house property and starting abusing at me in most filthy language. When I questioned him about his illegal tresspass into my house, he started beating me; when my family members tried to intervene, he also assaulted them. Thereafter, he began throwing stones at the construction workers who suffered serious injuries. That, I have evidence of this criminal, heinous and illegal act of said KIRPAL SINGH (KAKA) in the form of photos and video.

I submit, I had informed you about the construction works at my house, and only after your assurance that there are no issues with anybody, the construction was started. However, the said KIRPAL SINGH (KAKA) started his harassment by abusing and threatenings, which was duly informed to you on 02-1-2024. Inspite this intimation, this serious incident has occured on 5-1-2024, seriously injuring the workers, assaulting me and my family members by said KIRPAL SINGH (KAKA), who left the place after demanding money to be paid to him if we want to continue our construction works or otherwise to face dire consequences to our lives. To this, I have filed a police complaint against the said Accused for necessary action in the matter.

I state, the said KIRPAL SINGH (KAKA) has a criminal past with many serious cases filed against him. This criminal background of KIRPAL SINGH (KAKA) is very well-known to our community members.
